This 58-acre, outlying parcel of the Needmore Tract was purchased by LTLT in 2002, thanks to a bargain sale by the owner, support from the Clean Water Management Trust Fund and significant donations from LTLT supporters. This acquisition establishes the first of many conservation properties along the river corridor downstream of the town of Franklin.

Another 19 acres was added to this conservation tract in 2006 with the help of the Clean Water Management Trust Fund.
